2008
Just Started
Six of us started up Synersoft with a vision to make an Indian Product for Indian SMEs that could disrupt SME-IT industry.
2009
The Failure
Our Product 1.0 was a Software on Cloud, surely ahead of time. No takers in the era of slow Internet and low perceived value of Software.
2010
The Revenge
We developed hardware prototype that had potential to serve multiple functions on single hardware resource. A game changer in SME-IT.
2011
The Gold Medal
Our technology was identified as mass impact technology by Department of Science and Technology and its associates in India Innovates Growth Program. We won the Gold Medal and Cash Prize from Government of India
2012
1st Customer
We matured the product for commercial use. It was a minimum viable product for which we got our first MSME customer. We branded the product as BLACKbox.
2013
1st Patent
We applied for our 1st IP of doing the things differently and innovatively. Since than our IP assets are building up. Name it, Autocratic Centralization, Data Isolation over Internet Session and many more.
2014
IIM-A Incubation
CIIE of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad became our angel investor and offered us incubation to scale up the business. We happily agreed.
2015
500 Deployments
It as the year of hardware. We reached our first milestone of 500 deployments. It was a rollercoaster journey of debugging, new feature development, and winning the credibility.
2016
HA and Rain
Sensing value in our business Hyderabad Angels Network and Rajasthan Angel Network joined our scale up journey with their growth capital, investment.
2017
2000 Deployments
With the Scaleup Investment we reached the milestone of 2000 deployments. We enriched the features and started a trend of increasing the price of the product every six months.
2018
More Patents
Away from the gravity and turbulence, it was the cruise time. We intensified our focus on R&D, created more IP, and became industry leader in MSME DLP and Storage space.
2019
UK Calling
We were the TechXchange Cohort Awardee from Indian High Commission UK. It was an honor being one of the 15 selected companies from India. We were all set to startup in UK.
2020
US Calling
Covid Blues started and everything was standstill. Suddenly there was a spike in the demand of Secured Work From Home Solution. BLACKbox had it all. It was a growth year for us and we started a subsidiary in USA.
2021
9000 Deployments
Though Covid Blues continued our WFH technology, Duo technology for BYOD, and Access Applications Anywhere (AAA) technology led us to this milestone with solid growth and profitability.
2022
Top 100 MSME
Honorable Union Minister and Honorable Minister of State – MSME Ministry conferred Top 100 MSME award and recognition on Synersoft among thirty seven thousand plus nominated MSMEs.
We thank entire MSME fraternity for accepting and supporting us as an Indian Company with a World Class Indian Product in the storage and data security industry dominated by foreign companies.
